How Does it Work?

As a partner, you are essentially part of our team, but you run your partner program however you see fit. That is, you price deals however you wish, and for every client that you sign up, you get a slice of the sale on a recurring basis. The more people you sign up, the more you make! You’ll take care of your own clients, or they can reach out to us for whatever they may need.

How Do I Promote Fee Navigator?

The most popular is by linking to our site with either a banner advertisement or a simple link. We provide you with a referral link and several examples of banner ads so it’s easy for you to get started right away.

How Quickly Can I Get Started?

From within your partner account, you will have access to your referral link and your library of banners which are embedded with your unique tracking code. You’ll also get your own landing page to send traffic to, as well as your own special sign-up link.

How Much Money Can I Make?

We offer revenue share up to 70% of your clients’ subscription fees. Yes, they are recurring – as long as the clients you refer to us continue to stay with us, you’ll continue to earn! There is no limit in the amount you can earn each month.

How Will I Know if I Earned a Commission?

You will instantly be notified via email when a sale has taken place. We have free analytics so you can see how many click-through you’re generating. Because sometimes customers change their minds, we allow a 60-day grace period before paying a commission. Don’t worry, you’ll get paid for the entire period, we just want to make sure we handle any potential issues up-front in case things don’t work out the way they should.

How Do I Get Paid?

All partners payments are made via direct deposit.

When are Payouts Made?

Once a quarter, we run a report to see how many partner sales were made that quarter. Each transaction is manually audited due to fraud risk. Assuming your partner commissions are valid (see “I Made a Sale but didn’t get Paid” below), payments for the prior quarter will then be sent to your PayPal account by the end of the next month. For example, if you had sales in Jan, Feb, and Mar, you will be paid by Apr 30th.

Can I Earn Commissions from My Own Purchases?

No. You will not receive credit when purchasing one or more products through your own partner link. You may receive an automatic notification from us to let you know that a sale has taken place, but your partner payout will not include this amount.

How Long Does the Partner Referral Last?

It is not limited; it applies whenever a prospect buys your PARTNER CLIENT plan.

Minimum Payout amount

We pay our partners once a quarter. Minimum $500USD in accumulated earnings is required to get paid.

I Made a Sale but now it’s Showing up as a Credit

This usually means a purchase of one of our products was reversed due to a fraudulent transaction. Our payment gateway automatically refunds the money which means the commission you earned gets returned as well. We know, it sucks and we both lose out. It could also mean that the partner sale was reversed because it was not made following our partner guidelines.

Promotion Ideas

The great thing about partner programs is you can be as creative as you’d like. Most people take the easy route which is just placing partner banners on their site and hope someone will eventually click on it. While this is fine, it’s not always the most effective method.

We suggest you take a two-prong approach when promoting Fee Navigator. Use banners on your site but also leverage the power of LinkedIn posts and reviews on Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Writing a review about Fee Navigator will not only get more traffic to your site but it’s 10 times more likely to generate a partner sale. Why? Because people are searching the web looking for product reviews before buying products. They are already in buying mode and if your review convinces them enough, they will click on YOUR partner link to purchase Fee Navigator technology. Of course make your reviews honest and tell them why you love Fee Navigator so much.

Fee Navigator reserves the right to decline payments, suspend accounts, and/or terminate any partner user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons:

Providing false and/or misleading information about Fee Navigator discount codes.

Running paid search engine marketing campaigns (i.e. AdWords) on Fee Navigator brand-related keywords.

Using link farms, spamming forums/websites, and/or taking part in any illicit acts to drive traffic towards your partner links.

Any terminated partner with pending payments for the current month will not be distributed. All decisions are final and accounts terminated or suspended will not be reversed.
