Credits
Credits can be purchased inside your account for as low as $20 per credit and can be used for Onboarding, Training, Coaching and Human Assist (manual analysis) as needed. Credits are equal to 15-minutes of work (about the time it takes to input most manual statements) except for Coaching, where we charge 5 Credits per 30 minutes. When you sign up, we strongly recommend an Initial Setup and Training, for which we charge 10 credits for SINGLE and 20 credits for GROUP subscriptions.
