Submitting Statements

There must be only ONE statement in the PDF – do not include multiple statements in the same document. If your PDF includes multiple statements, please split the document into the corresponding statements (one per PDF) and submit them one by one.
If the statement is protected, add the password at the end of the file before uploading: “statement.pdf” -> “statement_12345.pdf”.
You may upload a single statement at a time, or 2-3 statements from the same merchant, but for different time periods simultaneously.

BUSINESS > Inviting members to join your team

Unsure what plan you have? Scroll down and you’ll see.
Simply go to the Teams menu on the left, and from there click on Add Member.
By default, if you send the link it will be for members; that is, for your colleagues who can only see what they submitted. If you wish to add someone who has access to everything that was submitted by everybody, invite them to join as a Manager from the drop-down, then press Send.

STAR > Inviting members to join your team

Simply go to the Teams menu on the left, and from there click on Add Member.
You can invite merchants and other colleagues (Pros). To invite merchants, send them the link (they’d fill out your plan spots on a first-come-first-serve basis), or invite them individually using the drop-down. To invite colleagues (pros), enter the email address, then select Pro in the drop-down. Be careful, Pros can analyze statements, but merchant roles are very limited.
You can have as many Pro users (colleagues) as the number of STAR sets you are subscribed to.

Increasing/decreasing the size of your team

If you need to add additional colleagues, or expand the number of merchants you’d like to reach, simply go to the Teams menu on the left, and from there click on Team Settings.
Click on Change Seats, and from there you can increase/decrease the size of your team.

Removing someone from your team

Click on Teams, and in the list shown find the Remove button.
Removing a user lets you reuse that seat for another Pro user or Merchant. The previous user loses access to the system.

Analysis Bot

When in front of a merchant, ask them to send their statement to your bot: . Don’t like the bot email the computer chose for you? Go to Account Details and change it there.
In about 15 seconds, you get the analysis and three pre-defined proposals on your smartphone and computer.
Invite the merchant to join your team for free, to benefit from AUTOMATED FEE MONITORING and help them forward their statements to their own Fee Navigator bot for analysis. This way, you’ll see every statement that comes in, already analyzed. You also get native PDF statements, which work best. If the statement is protected, have them enter the password in the subject line.
