Submitting Statements
If the statement is protected, add the password at the end of the file before uploading: “statement.pdf” -> “statement_12345.pdf”.
You may upload a single statement at a time, or 2-3 statements from the same merchant, but for different time periods simultaneously.

When in front of a merchant, ask them to forward their statement to (upgrade to get your own @feenav.com bot).
Even better, help them set up a forwarding rule so that their statement always gets sent to your bot for automatic analysis.
This way, you get a native PDF, which works best. One statement per PDF, one PDF per email.
If the statement is protected, have them enter the password in the subject line.
